1) Carry forward of the registration fee is possible before 45 days of start of the conference at NIL cost.

2) Carry forward of registration is possible in case of illness or health grounds within 45 days of the conference at a Fee Of Rs 5000/- plus GST as Carry forward charges. (Medical reason for self with attached medical reports )( memento wil be received ).

3) Carry forward of registration is possible in case of immediate family member like Parents ,spouse or children are sick only at a carry forward charges of Rs 12,500 plus GST (memento if any for the current year will be received by the courier).

4) No case the registration can be transferred to another name.

5) no case refund can be done.

6) Max carry forward can be possible only for two years after that the amt will be forfeited.

7) in case the Picture and article is published in the ET magazine the carry forward VC will be eligible for article and picture presence in the next year subject to the carry forward charges.

8) In case of carry forward the picture will not be published on front page but will be in the last line of the back cover page ( this is to encourage the new people to register early and discourage carry forward ).

9) Any other reason or non intimation – no carry forward possible and memento and certificates along with the gifts of any will be couriered to the respective participant.
